Like everything you need to take things in moderation, if you have too many super foods that are high in fibre then you may do more harm than good with your digestive system having to work overtime, especially bad if you suffer from conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. It is also safe to say that you do not have to cut out the foods altogether that are not so good for your body, if you supply your body with the right amount of super foods it needs, then providing you make sure it is in moderation, the occasional tasty junk food really cannot do much harm.
