    Sushi rice is NOT the same as long-grain white rice! It IS a whole grain!

    I love to get the bowl at a Mongolian grill, but I am never sure which sauces and spices are actually "healthier," but I'm not really sure where to go to get the nutrition information on them.

    This is why I only eat sushi as a 'cheat meal' . I get to the restaurant and my inner greedy comes out!

    You should try Oldstyle Hawaiian rice by Sunwest Foods, it's brown rice that's been "lightly milled," so the bran and germ are still intact, but the taste is closer to white rice. I go through 50 lbs of it a year!
